Sudha Vijay Krishnan attached with Gaurav Lederwaren family since 1993. She is in charge of the quality and is involved in the final inspection and quality control of the merchandise. She has been through her personal journey of raising her sons, becoming a grandmother and experienced a tragic loss in her family, emerging stronger through sheer grit and her strong character .She is one of the oldest team members and remains a strong asset for the organization.

Md Muslim started his career as a sample maker for wallets. He was trained in the manufacture of high quality wallets by Mr. Georgios Tsoukalas, a technician from Italy, who has worked with brands such as Prada and Gucci. Mr. Tsoukalas was invited by Gaurav Lederwaren to train the wallet division in high quality production and he trained Md Muslim extensively.

Today Md Muslim, with his long years of experience and training, heads the wallet department of the organization ensuring high quality and timely deliveries of the merchandise.

Subodh was a young boy, passionate about cricket, living near the factory when it started in a small building . He is the second generation of his family to be associated with Gaurav Lederwaren – his father was in charge of security in the factory. Subodh started in 1991 as a young boy travelling to purchase materials for the organization. He graduated to procuring leather and got trained in the art of leather making and tanning. 

With his leadership skills, he has become a good organizer and today, after 26 years of working with the organization, heads the bag division with his versatile skills and varied training and interests. The organization has helped him educate his sons in good schools and colleges and he is the proud owner of a home which he has built with the support of Gaurav Lederwaren and his hard work and diligence. Subodh is one of the strongest pillars of the organization. He is the oldest member of the organization.

Avijit’s father was a sample maker of bags in 2008. Avijit was employed when his talented father died unexpectedly and tragically in 2013. As a young employee, he is the second generation of his family working for Gaurav Lederwaren.  Avijit interned with this company as an assistant store in charge for a year and was trained in the software package. Today he confidently manages the stores and is charge of managing the storage of leathers and materials.

Md Akbar started his career on 1991 as an assistant in the lines of bag production. In 1993 he started fabrication as a skilled worker. In 2000 he graduated to working as a sample man and it is a skill that he continues till today. Highly artistic and possessing an innate sense of excellent pattern cutting, Akbar is highly skilledinestimating the costs of production of the samples that he creates.

Roop Singh joined Gaurav Lederwaren in 2011 as a Purchase Manager. He is responsible for purchasing raw materials and is on the field continually sourcing and working with the array of suppliers to ensure the materials reach on time – he has a big role in ensuring that production commences on schedule.

Rinku Dey, young widowed mother is a shining example of grit and courage. Overcoming personal tragedy Rinku has singlehandedly brought up her young son and nurtured him into becoming an educated, caring and intelligent young man. Highly professional and efficient- Rinku Dey is a valuable and respected member of the team since 2010 and is responsible for final checking and inspection, ensuring that the goods are despatched on schedule. 

Ayan Chowdhury is the perfectionist in the organization. Recruited in 2012, he possesses very good organizational and leadership skills. Today he heads the accounts and administration of the factory.
